how does it work?

There are a number of activities that I can undertake, depending on your requirements. You can be as involved as much as you wish at each stage.

  1. I will work with you to understand your business and to clarify your goals and objectives. 
  2. A SWOT analysis will help me to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for your business.
  3. The next step is to define who your customers/audience are and their key characteristics.
  4. Understanding your target market will help me to devise a ‘persona’ for your brand. It will also help me identify how best to reach your audience and the tone of voice to use in communications.
  5. We need to agree the budget you have available for marketing. I can provide some examples, so that you can be clear what can be achieved within a given budget.
  6. I will then develop a realistic marketing plan, with SMART goals.
  7. Finally, I will create an Operational Plan which can be easily implemented.

At the end of the process you will be left with clear and understandable plan to run your campaign.
